An Interior Designer specialising in home improvements, adding value to properties either as a main residential home or as an investment.
Orit’s background in architecture and design started back in high school in Jerusalem, Israel. Finishing her studies with excellent exam results in 1998.
Orit continued her studies for a further two years prior to her service in the engineering department at the IDF, where she served as a Lieutenant, building project manager for four years.
Orit moved to London in 2004 and she worked as a property manager in an established property development company until she went into partnership with her husband. Their property investments company has a large portfolio that include HMO’s and single lets.
Projects she has managed include: single and double story extensions, loft conversions, re-modelling properties to improve the layout or to divide properties into flats / studios or multi let homes in London and surrounding areas.
Orit has designed the interiors in most of her projects- sourcing and buying the materials and furniture.
Graduated from University of Trieste, Italy in 2007 specialising in architectural design, renovation projects and industrial design.
He started his career as a Mechanical engineer technician until he started his studies at the architecture faculty in 2001. Mauro worked for various architect’s studios as a designer and surveyor of residential properties.
After graduation, he started his own studio ‘Architect Studio Mauro Nadlisek’ in Trieste, Italy.
Projects Mauro has designed and managed include: residential building extensions and conversions in London. Italian freshness take-away shop in Baker street called MOO!. Two New-Build semi-detached family homes. Burger King Restaurant in Italy. Seven apartments in two separate new built buildings complex in Italy and re-modelling two flats in Trieste Historical Centre in Italy.
Mauro has a great AutoCAD, Sketchup, Autodesk 3DS MAX, Vray, Solid Works, Adobe Photoshop CS and Adobe In Design Scribus software skills.
