HMO’s are an area that we feel we have come to specialise in; having worked on many projects in big cities such as London and Liverpool, where there is a demand for creating this type of property, it has become an expertise of ours and we are proud to have such comprehensive knowledge in this sector. When a client comes to us with a sizeable property where they might need inspiration in creating a vision, we often identify that conversion to HMO is a good option and, in many cases, they would never have thought of this without our input. We always keep up to date with HMO regulations which are changing regularly, to ensure we are always able to offer good honest advice. This is one of the many reasons we have built so many great relationships with clients and professionals – we have the knowledge and vision behind us that people often need to help them see the true potential of a property!
One particular project is close to our hearts, as it was showcased on BBC’s ‘Homes Under The Hammer’ – this TV programme follows a buyers journey at auction, from the day they get the keys through to completion of the project. We were approached to take part, and as the client was so excited about the plans we had for the project at Anfield Road, they were more than happy to agree. You can take a look at this in our Projects section.
