Interior design service can be as little as consultation meetings to a complete interior design including drawings with furniture layout, mood board, buying list and materials sourcing.

Stage 1 drawings- survey/ measurements & proposed design.
Stage 2 drawings- detailed construction / building regulations drawings.
Stage 3 interior design including consultation, colour scheme, fabrics, flooring, furniture, kitchen and bathroom design, furniture layout, suppliers.
Stage 4 landscape- garden, outbuilding and driveway design.

HMO’s are an area that we feel we have come to specialise in; having worked on many projects in big cities such as London and Liverpool, where there is a demand for creating this type of property, it has become an expertise of ours and we are proud to have such comprehensive knowledge in this sector.  When a client comes to us with a sizeable property where they might need inspiration in creating a vision, we often identify that conversion to HMO is a good option and, in many cases, they would never have thought of this without our input.  We always keep up to date with HMO regulations which are changing regularly, to ensure we are always able to offer good honest advice.
