Description: Our client came to us with this property and they had made the purchase knowing it was a fantastic opportunity in a desirable location, close to schools, Aintree University Hospital, golf clubs, shops and restaurants. Taking all of this into consideration, it was clear to us that the property had excellent rental potential and profitability.
Originally, this was a three bedroomed mid-town house in need of a complete renovation throughout – it was run down and needed plenty of TLC. We explored several options, but due to the location being perfect for families and professionals, our eventual recommendation to the client was conversion to a 4-bedroom home with open plan living. Once our client was aware of the high demand for such a property in the area, they were impressed with our knowledge and more than happy to go ahead with our suggested plan.
We instructed our teams and work commenced immediately – we monitored the project closely and were incredibly pleased with how quickly progress was being made. When it came to the interior design and aesthetics, we wanted to make sure it had a clean finish, with plenty of bright and clear spaces throughout. The photographs speak for themselves – but upon completion of the project the client was ecstatic about the result.
The property is beautiful throughout, with a contemporary kitchen area and stunning bathroom facilities, along with huge open plan living space. As soon as the property hit the rental market it was snapped up by a family, who are now happily enjoying the perfect family home which we lovingly brought back to life.
